What gun would you use in any fight, if you could?

If anybody ever wants to use a flamethrower, it may be the most deadliest, but its mainly the deadliest of its kind, imagine it, once a bullet hits the tank, your screwed.  If I'm going to use a gun in a fight, I'll be the one sniping in the distance, like a bell tower or somewhere high up; its better to use a sniper rifle, but that's my opinion.  If close, I'll use some sort of automatic rifle or machine gun if enemy is in numbers.
