Infomaniac's Tips?

This is a bit noobish I'll bet, but I need to ask...
I see people with infomaniac's tips on their loading screens.
How do you get that? I don't seem to have it.

First of all, please don't put these kinds of signatures. We can see your name just fine.

Second, it's because they have RTB installed. Infomaniac on the loading screen was part of RTB.

That, and RTB was shut down, so don't bother trying to get it.  These tips were outdated anyway.
