Well for a home server, you don't need a video card, that's pretty much itFor enterprise level servers, they use CPUs and other parts specially made for servers, because they include technologies that simply aren't needed for consumer level uses.
Hey I found a super good server that would fit your needs, but unfortrunatly it's $199, so it doesn't meet your at least $200 standard.
Kids need to stop thinking they can buy a computer and it'll be a good server. Just go buy some hosting from something on the internet, you're not getting anything decent for $200

Why don't you just go to NFOServers or something? Hosting off of your own connection probably would be stuffty anyway.
