The Problem:This fillprinter (
download), which I believe is MARBLE MAN's, works perfectly except for one thing.
Everytime you want to use the fillprinter on a new brick to print the same thing that you printed on the last brick, you have to manually switch it back to the 'prints' tab because it always takes you to the 'letters' tab, regardless of the tab you were on when you selected the last print. This can waste a lot of time when you need to use the fillprinter many times to complete a build.
If you need further explanation of the problem: You can understand the issue by looking at how the default printer tool works. When you use it on some kind of print brick, it brings up a menu, right? Within that menu are 2 tabs - prints and letters. Lets say, in the menu, you click on a print that you want to use on a brick. Now that you have printed that brick, lets say you want to go make the same print on another brick. You click to use your printer on the new brick, the menu comes up, and your mouse is suddenly on the menu, positioned wherever it was when you last had the menu open, which was when you selected the print from earlier. It is also designed to take you to the tab you had it on last, in this case, the prints tab. The point of designing the printer in this way was to make it easy to print a bunch bricks with the same print efficiently, so that after you choose the print you want for the first brick, all you have to do for the others is double click with the printer on all of them to give them each the same print.
The problem with fillprinter is that it always takes you to the letters tab when you use it, even if you were in the prints tab when you last used it. It makes it very inefficient if you have a bunch of different places around your build that you want to print the same.
Why It's a Problem:When this gets fixed all you will have to do is double click with the fillprinter at a brick and it should use the print you last used. This would save a ton of time when you need to fillprint many many times.
