People without trust in my vehicles

If I make a vehicles, even people without my trust can get on. They kinda just stand there but can't get off until they die or the vehicle is respawned. I'm thinking some kinda of add-on did this. Can someone help me?

Not sure, happens to me also. But they have my trust. Sometimes I get stuck in the vehicle and I am not even in it. I spraypaint the ground until I find my way into the vehicle. But I don't know the problem. Sorry.
