Lmfao, that was funny to read as a San Diegan. Coronado is a peninsula (frequently referred to as an island, the land bridge is really out of the way and not very wide) in the San Diego Bay. It's one of the most expensive (read: touristy) areas in San Diego and it's my favorite place to bring girls. The Hotel Del Coronado is super awesome (also super expensive to stay at) and the whole island is remarkably quaint and has a loving fantastic view of Downtown San Diego.
