Here's the thing with "randomizer" servers.

1) Don't use it something strictly skill-based, like this tournament. It's only good for casual.
2) It needs to be infinite respawns, that way a bad loadout doesn't ruin the entire round for you, and a good loadout doesn't garuntee a win.
3) It only works with packs like Tier+Tactical. It randomizes one of each tier (melee, tier 1, tier 2, and maybe explosive.) It would be flatout unfair to have one player get a full assault rifle and sniper rifle while another gets a puny pistol and single-barrel shotgun.

Edit: Redownload, I fixed shotgun QQ
I've compiled a small weapon pack of weapons found on RTB that I balanced myself.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/e9f3378rbtdonmh/Add-Ons.rar

This pack includes:
Weapon_Assault_Rifle
Stats:
*0.2 activate time
*1 shot per 0.095 seconds
*17 damage per projectile
*0.001 spread
*velInheritFactor of 0.2

Weapon_GShotgun
Stats:
*0.15 activate time
*1 shot per 0.65 seconds
*12.5 damage per projectile
*7 shells per shot
*0.0055 spread
*velInheritFactor of 1

Weapon_Mac10
Stats:
*0.1 activate time
*1 shot per 0.07 seconds
*15 damage per projectile
*0.0010 spread first shot, 0.0014 spread others (You can tell by animation)
*velInheritFactor of 0.3

Weapon_Sniper_Rifle
Stats:
*0.3 activate time
*1 shot per 2.14 seconds
*50 damage per projectile
 -- 150 damage from headshots
*No spread
*velInheritFactor of 0.01

Also includes unmodified broken Weapon_Melee_Extended and unmodified Item_Pill.

(for those of you who are confused by velInheritFactor, it's the variable that corresponds for amount of player velocity applied to projectile.
1 is 100%, 2 is 200% and 0 is 0%. Default gun has full velocity ineritance, hence that's why your projectile is all over the place when you're running and gunning)

I feel that these weapons fit the classic feel of Blockland the most since all of them are projectile-based.
I suggest that you make classes with these weapons instead of simply giving them all to everyone, so there's a certain amount of depth in the classes picked as well.
