For some reason, no one can join my server, like I just turned it off

are midway's halo vehicles enabled?

if so disable the warthog (m12) and ghost vehicles.

This is happening to me to, as well as other people. My ping is dead when I host a server, I don't know what the problem is. I tried porting forward and still nothing.

Not sure about MacAfee, but you might have to set specific rules to allow traffic through your firewall, look in the settings.
