Environment Glitch - Glowing Bricks

Whenever I switch from simple to an advanced environment setting, or change one of the settings (like direct light) while in advanced environment options, all of my glowing bricks suddenly aren't glowing.
Example: glowing vs not glowing. To fix it, I can either re-join, or paint each of the bricks a different color and then back to the original color. Here's just an example of glowing vs not glowing after changing the settings:

Ok I kept clicking 'quote' instead of 'modify' so now I have a bunch of accidental posts. There is no 'modify' option. This is embarrassing.

Yeah it's annoying.
For the time being though I don't think there's a way to fix it.

Yeah, this happens.
The bricks are still glowing and anyone who comes on your server prior to the environment change will see the bricks just fine.
Best way to counter this at the moment is to re-glow the bricks.
