Oh that old thing. Lol. I remember this. Maybe someone could re-do this, just need some MIPS (cause that's CPU of PSP. Not talking about PS Vita and the newer stuff) Assembly Knowledge and some programming skills in C or C++ whatever you code your homebrews in. Yes, I say this, cause lua player is stuffty and I really hate lua.
