Weird Texture on Ramp Prints?

You know the weird texture on the ramp prints? Can someone tell how to recreate  it with Photoshop Elements.

i dont use photoshop or anything, but if you go to Blockland/data/shapes/ you'll find brickRAMP.png, which you can just slap on top of an image to make it look like its a ramp.
