Wish we could reduce war to just two armies fighting in a floating arena in the ocean. Think of how many civilians couldn't give a stuff/don't want to even marginally participate in war.
Would defeat said purpose of warfare. As long as their is land, resources, burning hatred, conflicting ideologies, and people, there will always be warfare.
