Author Topic: Whats a good screen recorder?  (Read 763 times)

I am trying to record a windowed thing I made for a friend
Fraps is broken
MSI afterburner only records fullscreen games
camstudio is stuff
and Debut lags

Camtasia isn't an option either. I need a screen recorder that doesn't lag my footage (the program runs fine but somehow the footage magically lags with debute) can record windowed applications, records windows audio, and actually works.

plz halp

Well then you're out of luck.

why is fraps "broken"

dxtory wins. i've been using it for recording and that forgeter WORKS.

OBS isn't technically good for on-the-fly screen recording.

it is good for livestreaming i will tell you that. plus you can dxtory and OBS if wanted to yes.

If you've got an nvidia graphics card, use the built-in ShadowPlay.
