its easy to use
doesnt require a lot of juice to run like fraps or the other popular recorders
records voice
records anything and everything
files are reasonably sized (no 30gb per minute like fraps) (you can compress them later with another software)

Got an nvidia graphics card? Try ShadowPlay. Specifically tailored for gaming. (built in webcam functionality as well, pretty sure)
