...is told to go to a brick, but on it's way lands on another brick with onbotreach, will that event be activated?
I'm kinda hoping not cause that would conflict with something I'm trying to make. (I'm on mobile so I can't test this for myself)

The event implies that it would not.

It would not. The center Brock would need onBotTouch for that to be true. Also, don't make question threads with that format. I had a bit of confusion trying to read it.
