Author Topic: how can i boost my headset volume artificially  (Read 420 times)

i love my music loud, if it's quiet i get grumpy and rude. well, my headset is cheap and i got it from goodwill, but how can i boost it? the mic works perfectly and sounds like a professional mic from one of those cool companies. the only problem for me is the sound, i'm used to it being as loud as my speakers on full volume. how can i artificially turn it up?

Unless you solder an amp of some sort onto the cable I don't think you can. Not even sure if you can just solder an amp onto it either.

I have a PX22 that comes with this amp. If you're going to get this, dish out the extra 22 for the whole headset. thats the only thing i can think of.

it's a good headset for a turtle beach, surprisingly. it will have lasted me a year on the 6th of september.

edit: supports Xbox360, PS3, PS4 (unofficially), PC and Wii (i think so, i forget) so there you go. 80 bucks has me covered for all consoles i play.
