I don't have it disabled I have them both. im stuck at step 3, I have 2 one is v4 and the other is v6. also cant find those dos thingys

It allows people to connect to the server without requiring port forwarding. It is less efficient than port forwarding.

Disable it, and see if people can still connect. If nobody can, then you haven't done forwarding correctly.

The one you should modify is the IPv4.
