Like hostings below !

-=BL Specific Hosts=-
HammerHost - newest version of a blockland-specific hosting service
CBMHost - a common blockland hosting service, normally has no slots available
-=VPS Hosts=-
NFOServers - a common VPS service that a lot of blocklanders use
ServerMania - another VPS service that a few blocklanders use
server4you - yet another VPS service for hosting
weloveservers - looks like the best priced VPS service; not sure what their bandwith limit is though

Uh.. It's as easy to start a server with that as it is to start a server on your own computer. If you install windows, use Windows remote desktop, to access it and use it as any other computer, at which point,
Install blockland with the installer.exe
Run the Dedicated Server shortcut, you may need to put plaax-something arguments after it(someone please correct me on this)
then follow instructions when it asks you to setKey("xxxx");
Woila.
And if you want to make it hard on yourself, you could use ubuntu, just use Greek's Tutorial
