This happened by when I updated to the game breaking bug fix and their was some error.
Also the slayer downloads are broken

The make.bat file creates the Gamemode_Slayer.zip file. They must have gotten this from the bitbucket repository.

it shouldn't block it. it just asks you if you're sure you wanna download it, because batch files have the possibility to be malicious

Solution for chrome: settings,advanced settings,privacy,disable malware phishing.
