Can't find a topic through search, help?

I'm trying to search for a topic related to a released add-on called GUI+, but all it gives me is released add-ons related to GUIs but not related specifically to GUI+.

Yes, I used Google Search and the BLF Search, I also searched in a section where it should be.

Also, i'm sorry if this isn't in the correct section that it's supposed to be, but I've been searching for this add-on for about 4 months now.
