Pro tip for sixth grade: Its no different than 5th or 4th, don't act older, don't think about getting that loving mohawk. You are not older than you were in elementary. Dont try and act older or you will look back at yourself and cry. Hell I dont think there is a way to not look back at 6th grade and cry.

My middle school let out at 2:35 for some reason. It was weird then, it's just as weird now when I'm going to out to get lunch and there's a bunch of kids in the uniform still around.

Alright, I came back from my first day. It was pretty good, and I liked the school. There was really no work, just a word search and an all about you paper I did. I went to a couple of assemblies, the first being for expectations and the other being to see the specialists. Got to see my locker and learn how to open it, etc. So yeah, pretty good first day.
