Tier Tactical melee weapons not showing up when enabled

For some reason, the Tier Tactical melee weapons simply refuse to show up in the spawnlist when enabled. Can't be a conflicting addon, as even with only the default weapons and RTB, they still won't show up.

Do you have emote critical enabled?

I do not know if this is the problem.

Crap. Forgot about that when I did a fresh install of BL after events broke.
