G3 has the best specs. Highest resolution screen, same processor as the s5, 3 gigs of ram compared to 2 in the Nexus and S5, and idk about battery. Has a very good camera as well.

and for paying off my verizon edge program on last phone and starting a new one for the g3, i got a free tablet lol.
