An alt is short for 'alternative' so it's an alternative/ second account.
They're joking and accusing you of being someone's fake account.

Just find what you like. If you like themed TDM-s, then Tezuni's prison escape is up regularly, but it lacks a community, that is the corner stone of Blockland. I suggest joining a less populated server, not a TDM and interacting with players, to get the true Blockland experience. Be careful though, because there are players, who are rude to new players.

but its practically suicidal to actually not pretend to be someone else
seeing that you guys would just witchhunt the person and absolutly crucify him and throw holy water all over him
