if one person is watching a youtube vid or netflix or something, you couldnt game.

even if it was just you gaming is questionable. you need a minimum of 5 down and 1 up to make it on the internet nowadays.

i think comcasts smallest packages are 10 now? i dont remember

i get .7 dl and can game fine as long as no one is watching any videos

i use Midcontinent Communications. i get 47.44mbps for download and 6.17mbps for upload.

midco is in joint op with comcast, not directly owned.
if i were you, i'd probably do comcast.

me and a buddy got comcast 105 down, 20 up.

we get 90 and 10... lol
im sure its misleading when you use speedtest, a boost of bandwidth is different. i know it goes up much higher if i start up a ton of torrents and literally just add up the numbers i see.

im thinking of changing over to business class at the house. get 120 down, 20 up. but its dedicated to our house. slightly better then normal bandwidth use of how the whole neighborhood shares it.
