You did not make this correctly. It is not "fixed".
First of all, the face is in an incorrect size. All faces should be 256x256px.
Second, you are missing a folder named "thumbs". This folder should be inside the .zip file and inside it should be the same image, same name, except this one should be 64x64px.
If you did not test your add-on, it should not be released. Always test your add-on.
Finally, the image looks as if it was drawn with paint. Never make faces with paint. It also does not fit blockland's style. Make edits of default blockland faces to help you. Round eyes do not fit the blockland theme well. Also, the mouth isn't even straight, you simply drew one stroke of a paintbrush and added a tongue and 2 eyes. I could do this within a minute.
