what the forget is going on with my internet

So recently I've been getting sporadic resets throughout the day via wireless.

As in:
Almost every five minutes, or sooner or later wireless will stop. This isn't just me, it's EVERY WIRELESS DEVICE IN THE HOUSE. It's beginning to piss me off.

Any ideas on what is causing it?
