How do i make a profile picture with paint?

Ok I took a pic of me on blockland I want it for my profile picture but its not working? I need help

Open the image.
Click the select tool.
Draw a square box over the area you want.
Click 'Crop', which is next to the select tool.
Click 'Resize', also next to the select tool.
Select By Pixels.
Uncheck maintain aspect ratio.
Enter 75 into the horizontal and verticle inputs, and hit OK.
Save it as a PNG file and upload it as your avatar.
