I was bored, but I think it really does feel like a VHS tape, like a broken one
I don't really know what to do with the effect though.
This is supposed to be some kind of CCTV thing around a lab I built

On the scene of the guy laying in the hospital, you could see some contrast change, I may do more of that as a faded look
