wouldnt that break my graphics drivers though?
How can it break something that isn't there? It completely uninstalls them and every single version that has been installed on your PC in the past (such as all those many different versions of the same thing as well as components that are no longer used by CCC) so that you can install the latest version of the drivers without any chances of conflict from older driver versions, as long as you follow the (extremely) simple instructions nothing will go wrong that is the fault of the utility.
Similar tools exist for Visual Basic C++ and .NET Framework as well
