I have been having similar problems with sites that use cloudflare or any other kind of blacklist service. Almost every site I go to says I have to input a captcha to continue and it does this like every 30 minutes I visit a site.
PS: Ive looked up my ip on projecthoneypot.org and it says I have been blacklisted for sending spam emails. Im pretty sure one of the computers in my families network has malware on it, too bad malwarebytes hasn't picked up a thing
