No one can enter my server

I have never had this problem before, it start about 2 weeks ago, I've played BL for a very long time and never encountered this, I never had to port forward, so please help

sometimes, when you make a server, something makes it so everybody that tries to join will get endless text of something needed to join^{I forgot the text}

If you could have SOME people joining your server a bit ago, then you should disable upnp in network preferences, but keep in mind, when you disable upnp, instead of forwarding ports, only some fraction of players can join your server, that fraction not including me with a lot of other players.
