Trouble placing profile picture.

I tried going to modify profile then clicking choose file. After I chose a file, I clicked change profile, but after all of that, no picture would show up. I'd like to know what I'm doing wrong.

The picture must not be larger than 75x75.

Do you have the original? Zooming in on a small image will just make it too pixelated imo.
