forum profile picture issues

anyways i haven't been able to change my profile picture in forever
since october i think

i was trying to use this gif but it wouldn't upload
it's under 1mb and 74x74

I think it has to be under 30kbs. I've never got one over that to upload.

was under 30kb too but i guess i'll just use a transparent .png
