Question about TrueCrypt file container attributes.

If I create a standard container, throw whatever in there and then try to open it on another computer that has true crypt, will it work if I have the correct password?

I ask because I want to create mobile/backups of my containers.

That is correct, however I think you need administrative privileges to run TrueCrypt. There is no "mobile" version.

Well you can put anything you want in a container as long as there's enough space.

I meant a copy of the file that I could move around (USB), and that copy being a backup in case my computer stuffs.
