Good Scripter Required

Hello i'm making a CS:GO(Counter-Strike: Global-Offensive) server in BL now i started modeling special weapons for the server but i need a scripter to script those weapons..
or is there any way i can do it myself?
i need some scripts that make the player move slower when hes holding a certain weapon..
and some weapons have a delay between each shot and stuff like that..
Thanks for helpers and i'll be very happy to give them admin at my server ..

This should go to suggestions and requests as you're not requesting for help on code, you are asking someone to do it for you. Also, if you want someone to contribute a good bit of time coding for you personally, you should have more to offer than admin on a random-seeming server. Knowing someone helps. Also, screenshots of the model are necessary for the helper to make sure that he isn't contributing his time scripting for a horrible model.
