Ah. Turns out the music was playing, but it is VERY quiet. I had to turn up my volume to full to hear it. People who get jumped by the music seriously need to turn down their volume lol

also it glitched quite a bit the first time i did it. i just changed the pref to start it again, and noticed that it worked a lot better. When it ran first the background was flashing a lot and changing with the other backgrounds, and the message saying to click was overlapping the name button and was a lot harder to see

i found this "surprise" quite annoying, actually.  it made me wait until all of the snowflakes stopped falling so i could actually play the game, which took a good minute.

I think you can set this pref to 0 and it will retrigger itself next time you run blockland
