Whether this guy is CIA or just a mentally handicapped cunt, doesn't really concern me. What interests me is why he went for a cafe, and not for a more densely-packed place.

Anyways, the negotiator is out there right now, situation should be resolved quickly.

Must have forgeted up is Latte and he got mad and pulls out a gun, every one like "HOLY SHIET HE GOT A GUN RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU UUUUUUUUUUUN"

Probably took lessons from Pulp Fiction. Nobody would suspect a robbery in a coffee shop.

but did he expect it to turn into dog day afternoon

why he went for a cafe, and not for a more densely-packed place.
probly because its easier to hold 20 people hostage than 300?

This cafe is located both right near a major police HQ, a Government building and only a block away from some of the major TV studios. Surely you'd want something a little more remote?
