Author Topic: Should I go for a Verizon Dev edition Moto X or just a normal?  (Read 348 times)

Difference between normal and dev is really the price
with the developer edition I can unlock the bootloader and put roms on it. but at the cost of it being harder to find and more expensive
see: http://swappa.com/buy/moto-x-developer-edition-verizon/us
non dev would be most likely locked down, there are exploits for bootloader unlocks though, verizons stuffty with this stuff

I hate Verizon bloat, so this is why I'm willing to pay a bit extra, the ways to get the bootloader unlocked on it are sort of sketchy
also, developer editions are really pricey
