you can do some really basic gaming on that thing too.

i've used the original shield, mack brought it here and i played some tony hawks pro skater on it and it was loving strange that i was playing a console game in my hands.

but for the tablet, you're getting literally the best of the best hardware wise, it will last you for a very long time most likely and it's worth the jump.

There's also that stream feature

that'd go well with my new fiber optic internet I'm getting

its a pretty good price

care to elaborate
theres just not that many titles for it, worthy of the price imo

not worthy*
I just don't think the power it has is needed for a "gaming" tablet, if you're looking to use it for that.
Just my opinion though

It's more powerful than most tablets out there

I wish I could afford one of those. I'm going for a nexus 7 instead because those are nice bang for buck tablets for gaming

I'm going less for gaming and more for its streaming and tablet pen feature

I was looking at the surface 2 which is on sale right now for 300$ but I'm just poking around and I've had my eyes on this

I decided to buy it for cyber monday as it came with a free green box bundle, controller and GRID gaming system

looking forward to it.

if anyone else is interested in the deal here; http://shield.nvidia.com/promotions/

only on till midnight though so its probably not that useful
