i plan on getting a "smart" cover/case but i have questions

my mom wants a smart case that can stand like this for Christmas (pic isnt a smart case just an example)



but when i search for smart cases all i get are ones that only show these positions and i was wondering if they can stand like the one in the first pic

The below image has only 3 indents in the case, meaning it will have less angles/positions as a stand. The more indents, the more different angles like the one above. I would say the one on the bottom could maybe stand in that exact position, but I'd try finding one with more indents just to be safe.
