I appreciate brutal honesty, although I don't necessarily agree with everything you've said. Thanks for reading and not joining on the hate-train, though..
If I said I knew everything about the whole world works, then I was wrong and I was an starfish for writing it. That said, I do feel like I'm more informed than most people, and I'd like my blog to be aimed towards people who are not really used to thinking about the world in a kind of abstract way.
I don't really understand how it was cringe-worthy, and I really don't think it was edgy. I don't want to be edgy at all, so it if appeared that way I'm sorry. I didn't think I was trying too hard to be deep either.
That said, I'm going to take the feedback and try be a little more calm and try be a bit more objective in future. I think I write when I'm a little more emotionally charged, and so I tend to say a lot of absolute stuff when that happens.
