This is absolutely false to my knowledge.
The game is 10 years old, give it a break. There has been talk of a networking bug fixes, but there will never be significant content upgrades by the devs.

erm. They've said multiple times that they're working on avatar customization. Don't you consider that significant content? People have asked for that for *years*.

I have not heard of the avatar customization announcement surprisingly.
I only heard about some non-content updates though.

To be honest, most mods for the game add so much content to the point that you really don't need any more updates.

Content isn't the issue, I'd say the issue is people's willingness to actually go through and pick the good mods from the bad, and the ones that don't conflict.

This, the only part I disagree with is no updates anymore. It would be great if we could get some bug fixes every so often, but content is pretty useless to make when most mods are better anyway.
