Well yeah, you can't really do anything in a situation like that other than nuke the place (which is a pretty stuffty thing to do). We have tried countless times to fix the situation but it only got worse.

Guys the article said they requested deviation for thunderstorms. It's a high chance that it went down in that. There's a reason planes aren't supposed to fly into them.

I am unaware of any Nuclear weapons being detonated in the upper atmosphere.
A nuclear airburst generates an emp, and there are other ways of creating one.

It was obviously a storm created by the HAARP program in USA.
