Judging by this image, and seeing the last 2 console lines, i'm doubting it happened the second he joined. The reason you could've crashed is from alt-tabbing, and i wouldn't be suprised because other ppl have had this issue. if you aren't in fullscreen then i'm not too sure. Try using borderless mode, or the new update.
