yeah, I don't have a new cooler. how much does liquid cooling cost, or is there something better?

refurb is cheaper, but i would get new just because

why does 1 cpu have a different multiplier lol
i don't know, blame AMD's overdrive software for changing the multiplier on only 1 of my cores
Selectively increasing the multipliers on individual cores is a thing common to many overclocking tools
