Not when everything works properly, no.
Your blockland folder has the exe in it silly, not the base folder.
Documents/Blockland/Blockland.exe
Or
Steam location/Blockland/Blockland.exe
Cowboy updated it for me, but thanks anyway.
You said to drag our base folder and to drag the .exe over too. I got confused, not good with file transferring and stuff.
