one thing that bugs me about city rpg's is how almost no one wants to be anything other then a policeman / criminal / bounty hunter
make some jobs that can do things those classes can't do, like construction workers that can build higher, and costs less to place down plots, can sell plots, etc
also make it force re-spawn, no personal spawns, not allow bricks with collision / raycasting off, disable disappear, make it so doors CAN ACTUALLY BE BUSTED DOWN, and anything else to prevent people from just sitting in an impossible to reach location killing everyone
These are some great ideas you may want to consider. Everyone does prefer to either choose police or criminal. Maybe create some other job which have better perks.
Edit:
I had an idea for a job. If you have played the Iban's drug edit, you are aware you can plant drug bricks. Maybe create a farmer profession in which you can grow legal crops such as vegetables and fruits. But the farmers hunger never decreases and he can also sell food. This would be a good perk for the farmer.
You know what else would be pretty cool? Some sort of lotto system. A player could use a command in order to bet money and roll a die in order to win money. I always thought that could be a cool idea. I would not know how to implement it however, maybe you could create some sort of casino brick the player could visit.
