Are you making this music or are you getting it from the forums?
Could you also post a console.log just in case there might be some issue with a mod or something?

Odds are your music is over the limit set in place if you're attempting to do this yourself, you should check your console.log every time you do something like this as it will state any and all errors relating to such a thing.

1. The format must be .ogg
2. If the names include spaces they shall be replaced with "_"
3. If the file is larger than 1MB (1024KB) it won't load
4. Make sure the music files aren't zipped
5. When you start a new custom game, Click the music tab in the server settings and scroll around to see if you can find your music.

Let me know if any of these steps won't work.

This could be of three reasons.
