I tried to upload a gif that was 75x75, 74x74, and 50x50 and none work. what gives?

My avatar was not borked, I made a help topic about it and I found a 50x50 that worked, the gifs are Bork still though I think

I just did it
Instead of Photoshop I resized and cropped with Paint.net

I had to wait ~24 hours, then it changed
I also didnt see it till I cleared all my browser data
